When will my order ship?
I’m a one-sloth show (hi, it’s me), so please allow 5–7 business days for your order to ship. Once it’s on its way, here’s what to expect:

  • US Orders: 1–2 weeks delivery

  • International Orders: 2–4 weeks (Patience is a virtue… or so they say. Customs might take its sweet time, too.)

Do you offer tracking?
To keep things simple (and affordable), I offer USPS First Class letter mail (sorry no tracking) for US and International sticker-only orders. Your stickers will arrive safe and sound in a stamped envelope, like a little gift from the cosmos. ✨

If you’re ordering bulkier items like greeting cards, art prints, etc. your order will come with tracking and be sent in padded or rigid mailers—because your treasures deserve to travel in style.

Do you ship to the EU?
Ah, the EU. As of December 13, 2024, the EU’s General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) require all sellers outside the EU or Northern Ireland to appoint a local representative to ensure product safety compliance.

As much as I’d love to send my creations your way, I don’t have an EU or Northern Ireland representative (yet). Until I can meet these regulations, I sadly can’t ship to the EU.

I know, it stinks. I’m genuinely sorry for any inconvenience and hope to revisit this in the future.

Shipping to the UK, Australia, and Other Countries with Import Taxes
Heads up! I don’t collect or remit VAT or import taxes. Your country’s customs office might:

  • Hold up your package

  • Charge additional processing fees

By placing an order, you agree that:

  1. Any extra taxes, fees, or charges are your responsibility.

  2. These costs aren’t included in the item price or shipping.

I recommend checking with your country’s customs office to get a heads-up on potential fees before ordering.

Do you accept returns?
I do not accept any returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, email me at hi@cosmicfredee.com (make sure to include your order number!). I’ll do everything I can to make it right!

Do you take commissions?
Not yet! My plate’s pretty full, but I plan to open commission slots in the future. Follow me on instagram @cosmicfredee to stay in the loop!
